Hello/Hola, I am Ana I. Berdecia, an award-winning author, motivational speaker, team building strategist, and life/leadership coach. I have had amazing opportunities to lead and grow exceptional teams and use timeless leadership principles taught by my friend and leadership guru, Dr. John C. Maxwell. I bring to my clients 17 years of experience in the non-profit sector, 20 years of experience in higher education and 13 years of experience as an entrepreneur.
I have written academically and faith-based content that I use as the science beyond the services I provide. My writing is grounded in positive psychology, human behavior, and Scriptures.
I earned my master’s degree in education with a concentration in early childhood, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies both from The College of New Jersey. I also have a New Jersey standard teaching certificate and a post-graduate certificate in infant mental health. In addition, I am a graduate from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute with a focus on personal and executive coaching.
